Tom Brooks Bench Dedication

On Aug 15, Bettendorf Lions Club had a Dedication ceremony for our former member & one of our original club members, Tom Brooks.  There is a bench dedicated in memory of his name at Kiwanis Park.
The chalk machine was Tom’s invention and was used when we first marked the tennis courts at Kiwanis for Brooks Bench Dedication
