BETENDORF, IOWA — Solid forehands, backhands, and overhead smashes were part of the play.
Eight courts were filled on a sunny afternoon on June 27, 2015, as area youth took to the Kiwanis Park Pickleball Courts. A free paddle, pickleball balls, and gift certificates were raffled at the end of the games. Thanks to Ruth Seneff and Judy Petersen for organizing play. Thanks to Cathy Gains for arranging for the prizes. Thanks to Patty Goetsch for donating the paddle.
